Section 5 Other Features of this Fax Modifying or Deleting F-Code Confidential Boxes Perform the following procedure when you want to modify the registered subaddress or F-Code password for an F-Code Confidential Box, as well as when you want to completely delete one of those boxes. * In order to modify the contents of or completely delete an F-Code Confidential Box, it is necessary to enter the corresponding F-Code password during the procedure. * You CANNOT delete an F-Code Confidential Box which still contains received documents. * If you want to cancel the procedure part way through, press the Reset key. The touch panel will return to the initial mode settings. 1 Perform steps 1 through 3 of "Registering New F-Code Confidential Boxes" on page 5-12. 4 Press the "Confirm" key. 5 If you want to completely delete the F-Code Confidential Box, press the "Delete" key and go to the next step. If you want to modify the information for that F-Code Confidential Box, press the "Change contents" key and go to step 7. Modifying or Deleting F-Code
Confidential Boxes
Perform the following procedure when you want to modify the
registered subaddress or F-Code password for an F-Code
Confidential Box, as well as when you want to completely delete
one of those boxes.
* In order to modify the contents of or completely delete an F-Code
Confidential Box, it is necessary to enter the corresponding
F-Code password during the procedure.
* You CANNOT delete an F-Code Confidential Box which still

Perform steps 1 through 3 of “Registering New F-Code
Confidential Boxes” on page 5-12.
Press the key which displays the subaddress for the
F-Code Confidential Box you want to modify or delete.
