• Home URL: enter the URL address of the page to be used as your homepage. • Proxy address: MEdia Net set as the proxy server address and port. • Linger Time (Sec.): set a time period (in seconds) after which the network is disconnected if there has been no new data traffic in that time. • Advanced Settings: allows you to configure some of the IPspecific information: Static IP, Static DNS, Server information, and Traffic Class. - Static IP: specify if you want to manually enter an IP address. If you want the IP address to be automatically assigned by the server, remove the check mark. - Static DNS: specify if you want to manually enter the Domain Name Server (DNS) address. If you want the address to be automatically assigned by the server, remove the check mark. - Traffic Class: select the traffic class. Note: The WAP settings may vary depending on the service provider. IMS Settings IMS is the method used to connect to the server in order set up the Video Share option. • Service: allows you to set the IMS service to On or Off. 87 Important!: If you reset the IMS Service to Off, you will not be able to use the Video Share option. Note: Having the IMS Service set Off may save minutes and memory. • Profile: allows you to set the server that service is coming from. Important!: If you change from the default AT&T IMS, you may not be able to use Video Share. Applications Settings The Applications Settings feature allows you to configure the functional parameters for most of the onboard applications. These applications are described in more detail within other sections of this manual. 1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key, then select Settings ➔ Applications Settings. 2.
