Section 11 Using the To Do List Deleting Memos You can delete memos on the calendar one by one or all at one time. 1. In Calendar Mode, select the entry to be deleted. 2. Press the Options ( ) soft key. Calendar is highlighted. Press the Options ( ) soft key or the key to display submenu. 3. Select Delete and press the or key. 4. Press the Yes ( ) soft key to confirm deletion. Deleting All Memos 1. In Calendar Mode, press the Options ( ) soft key. Calendar is highlighted. Press the key or the key to display submenu. 2. Use the Up ( ) or Down ( ) Navigation key to highlight Delete All and press the key or the key. 3. Press the Yes ( ) soft key to confirm deletion. Using the To Do List Note: To Do is the first menu item in the Options menu when in To Do. 1. In Idle mode, press the Options ( ) soft key. 2. Use the Up ( ) or Down ( ) Navigation key to scroll to New and press the key or the key to display submenu. 3.
