4. Highlight Join and press the OK soft key. Repeat as required. Having a Private Conversation with One Participant During a conference call, use the following options: 1. Press the Options soft key and choose Select One. The list of call participants appears 2. Highlight a person by pressing the Up ( ) or Down ( ) Navigation key, and press the Select soft key. 3. Select Private. Now you can talk privately to that person. The other participants can continue to converse with each other. 4. To return to the conference call, press the Options soft key and select Join. All of the conference call participants can now hear each other. Dropping One Participant 1. Press the Options soft key and highlight Select One. The list of call participants appears. 2. Highlight a person by pressing the Up ( ) or Down ( ) Navigation key, and press the Select soft key. 3. Select Remove. The call with that participant ends, but you can continue to talk to the other participants. 4. When you want to end the conference call, close the phone or press the key. 48 Section 3
