System setup Item Fax Confirm. Email Sent Fax Sent Fax Received Scheduled Jobs Junk Fax PCL Font PS Font Network Conf. Usage Counter Description Prints a transmission report including the fax number, the number of pages, the elapsed time of the job, the communication mode, and the communication results for fax job. You can set up your machine to automatically print a transmission confirmation report after each fax job. Print to check the transmission state of the Scan to Email job. Prints information on the faxes you have recently sent. Prints information on the faxes you have recently received. Prints the document list currently stored for delayed faxes along with the starting time and type of each operation. Prints the fax numbers specified as junk fax numbers. Print to see the PCL font list. Print to see the PS font list. Prints information on your machine's network connection and configuration. Prints a usage page. The usage page contains the total number of pages printed. 13 Maintenance Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine (see "Menu overview" on page 33). To change the menu options: • Press (Menu) > System Setup > Maintenance on the control panel. Item CLR Empty Msg Supplies Life Image Mgr. Description When toner cartridge is empty, this option appears. You can clear the empty message. Shows the supply life indicators (see "Monitoring the supplies life" on page 85.) Allows you to adjust the color setting such as contrast level, color registration, color density, etc. • Custom Color: adjusts contrast, color by color. - Default: optimizes colors automatically. - Print Density: allows you to manually adjust the color contrast for each cartridge.
