Settings Ⅲ Erase My Stuff to erase all the content you have downloaded to your phone. Ⅲ Erase Pic/Video to erase all pictures and videos stored on your phone. Ⅲ Erase Messages to erase all stored messages. Ⅲ Reset Picture Account to reset any previously configured picture account settings. Ⅲ Reset Shortcuts to reset the list of previously created shortcuts from the carousel. Ⅲ Default Setting to reset the phone to its default settings, but keep any current data on the phone. Resetting Your Picture Account Resetting your picture account settings clears the account settings and you will need to register your picture account again before you can use it. 1. Resetting Your Phone Settings Resetting the default settings restores all the default settings to your phone without deleting any data you have entered, such as entries to your Contacts list.
