SADDLE STITCH FINISHER Misfeed in the saddle stitch finisher If a misfeed has occurred in the saddle stitch finisher during printing, remove the misfed paper following the procedure below. 1Pull the knob and slide the saddle stitch finisher away from the main unit. 6Close the top cover. 2Remove the misfed paper from the main unit. 7Open the front cover. 3If misfed paper is not found in step 1, open the top cover. 8Turn roller rotating knob C until a blue indication is seen (when the stapling function has been used). Roller rotating knob B Blue 4Turn roller rotating knob B until the triangle mark reaches the position indicated in the illustration (only if a punch module is installed as a peripheral unit). 9Remove the misfed paper from the stapler compiler (when the stapling function has been used). Misfeed in the saddle stitch finisher
If a misfeed has occurred in the saddle stitch finisher during printing, remove the misfed paper following the procedure
below.

Pull the knob and slide the saddle stitch
finisher away from the main unit.

unit.

If misfed paper is not found in step 1, open
the top cover.

Turn roller rotating knob B until the triangle
mark reaches the position indicated in the
illustration (only if a punch module is

Close the top cover.

Open the front cover.

indication is seen (when the stapling
