Starting an application 2 Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator to select an application icon and press the Jog Dial™ navigator to start the application. Tip You can also tap an application icon in the CLIE Launcher screen to start the application. Quitting an application You do not need to save data manually on the CLIÉ handheld as you do with the computer. All the changes in the application that you are working on are automatically saved, and the last screen you worked on is displayed when you restart the application. Display the CLIE Launcher screen to switch to another application while you are working on an application. You can select one of two methods to display the CLIE Launcher screen as follows. Starting an application

Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator to select an
application icon and press the Jog Dial™
navigator to start the application.
Tip
You can also tap an application icon in the CLIE Launcher screen to
start the application.
Quitting an application
You do not need to save data manually on the CLIÉ handheld as
you do with the computer.
All the changes in the application that you are working on are
automatically saved, and the last screen you worked on is
displayed when you restart the application.
Display the CLIE Launcher screen to switch to another
application while you are working on an application.
You can select one of two methods to display the CLIE Launcher
screen as follows.
Return to the CLIE Launcher screen by
tapping the Home
