Installing Installing from your computer You can install the applications of your computer into your CLIÉ handheld. For details on how to install the applications that are supplied with your CLIÉ handheld, refer to "Using applications" of the "Read This First (Operating Instructions)." 1 Double click the Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ icon on the Windows desktop. You can also click Start, select Programs (for Windows XP, select All Programs), Sony Handheld, and click Palm Desktop for CLIÉ. The Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ software starts. 2 Click Install. The Install Tool screen is displayed. 3 Select the user from the User list. 4 Click Add. The Open dialog box is displayed.
