Loading Print Media Storing Print Media Print quality is optimized when paper and other print media are properly stored. Proper storage ensures optimum print-quality and reduces the frequency of paper jams. I Store the media in its original packaging on a flat surface, in a relatively low-humidity environment. I Avoid storing media in any way that will cause wrinkling, bending, curling, etc. I Do not unwrap media until you are ready to use it and rewrap any media you are not using. I Do not expose media to direct sunlight or high humidity. Loading Print Media Tray 1, 2, or 3 Each paper tray holds up to 530 sheets of 75 g/m2 (20 lb. bond) paper. Capacity is reduced for heavier/thicker stock. To load print media in a paper tray, use the following steps. Print quality is optimized when paper and other print media are properly stored. Proper
storage ensures optimum print-quality and reduces the frequency of paper jams.
Store the media in its original packaging on a flat surface, in a relatively low-humidity
environment.
Avoid storing media in any way that will cause wrinkling, bending, curling, etc.
Do not unwrap media until you are ready to use it and rewrap any media you are not
using.
Do not expose media to direct sunlight or high humidity.

Tray 1, 2, or 3
Each paper tray holds up to 530 sheets of 75 g/m

(20 lb. bond) paper. Capacity is reduced

Pull out the tray.
