Loading Print Media Storing Print Media Print quality is optimized when paper and other print media are properly stored. Proper storage ensures optimum print-quality and reduces the frequency of paper jams. I Store the media in its original packaging on a flat surface, in a relatively low-humidity environment. I Avoid storing media in any way that will cause wrinkling, bending, curling, etc. I Do not unwrap media until you are ready to use it and rewrap any media you are not using. I Do not expose media to direct sunlight or high humidity. Loading Print Media Tray 1, 2, or 3 Each paper tray holds up to 530 sheets of 75 g/m2 (20 lb. bond) paper. Capacity is reduced for heavier/thicker stock. To load print media in a paper tray, use the following steps. For more detailed instructions, see the Phaser 1235 Color Printer User Guide. 1 Pull out the tray. 2 Fan the media to release sheets that are stuck together. 16 Phaser 1235 Network Color Printers
