Managing Printer Usage Note The printer automatically exits the Menu system after 60 seconds of inactivity (for example, no button has been pressed). Printing Printer Reports Examples of reports that can be printed include: I Configuration Sheet I Menu Map I Disk Directory (if the optional hard disk drive is installed) For a complete list of reports, refer to Front Panel Menus, Items and Values on page 52, Service on page 66 and Print on page 68. To print a report, follow these steps: 1 At the front panel, press Menu Up or Menu Down until you see: Menus Print Menu 2 Press Item Up or Item Down until you see the report you want to print (such as Config Sheet). 3 Press Enter to print the page.
