Printing Configuring the Printer Drivers Be sure to properly configure the printer driver for your printer and its installed options, such as additional media trays, the hard disk drive, duplex module, etc. If the printer driver is not properly configured, the optional features, such as 2-Sided Printing, Proof Printing, Secure Printing, Tray 2 and 3 sources, etc., will not be available. Printing a configuration sheet: 1 On the printer's front panel, press the Menu Up† or Menu Down until you see: Menus Print Menu 2 Press the Item Up or Item Down buttons until you see: Print Menu Config Sheet 3 Press the Enter button to print the page. 4 At your computer, go to the printer settings. Open the printer driver dialog and click the Printer Configuration tab. (This procedure will differ slightly with different operating systems.) 5 Enable (check) the items in the driver dialog that are listed on the printed Configuration page. 6 Click OK to close the printer driver dialog. † Note that the buttons have graphics and numbers only (no written labels) on the 220 V models of the printer. Printing
Configuring the Printer Drivers
Be sure to properly configure the printer driver for your printer and its installed options,
such as additional media trays, the hard disk drive, duplex module, etc. If the printer
driver is not properly configured, the optional features, such as 2-Sided Printing, Proof
Printing, Secure Printing, Tray 2 and 3 sources, etc., will not be available.
Printing a configuration sheet:

On the printer’s front panel, press the
Menu Up
or
Menu Down
until you see:

Press the
Item Up
or
Item Down
buttons until you see:

Press the
Enter
button to print the page.

At your computer, go to the printer settings. Open the printer driver dialog and click the
Printer
Configuration
tab. (This procedure will differ slightly with different operating systems.)

Enable (check) the items in the driver dialog that are listed on the printed Configuration page.

Click
OK
to close the printer driver dialog.
Note that the buttons have graphics and numbers only (no written labels) on the 220 V models
