Managing Printer Usage Front Panel Menus, Items and Values (cont'd.) Menu Tray Description and Items Allows you to access tray settings that are common to both PCL and PostScript jobs. Note Trays 1, 2 and 3 all have paper size sensing and are therefore automatically configured for paper size when media is properly loaded. The menu's items are: MBF Size Defines the paper size that is loaded in the Multi-sheet Bypass Feeder (MBF). The available values are the same as for the MBF, but excludes envelopes, labels, glossy paper and postcards. Groups two or more trays together so the group appears as one tray and defines the order in which the trays are searched to satisfy a print request for a specific size and type of paper. Managing Printer Usage
Tray
Allows you to access tray settings that are common to both PCL and PostScript jobs.
Note
Trays 1, 2 and 3 all have paper size sensing and are therefore
automatically configured for paper size when media is properly loaded.
The menu’s items are:
MBF Size
