CHAPTER 9 Troubleshooting 9.1 Overview This chapter offers some suggestions to help solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are divided into the following categories. • Power, Hardware Connections, and LEDs • DMA Usage 9.2 Power, Hardware Connections, and LEDs None of the LEDs turn on. 1 Make sure the DMA is turned on. 2 Make sure you are using the power adaptor included with the DMA. 3 Make sure the power adaptor is connected to the DMA and plugged in to an appropriate power source. Make sure the power source is turned on. 4 Turn the DMA off and on using the power switch on the rear panel (instead of the Power button on the remote control). 5 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
