Action Register the destinations before using the Address Book function. OUT OF TONER CHANGE TONER Description Toner has run out. Action Install a new cartridge. PAPER JAM OPEN TONER COVER Description Paper jams have occurred in the machine. Action Clear the paper jam (See "Paper Jams," on p. 8-5.) and reload paper in the paper feeder. PRINTER DATA ERROR CHECK PRINTER Description The data from the PC was not printed. Action Check if the software is installed properly or if the printer cable is properly connected. Action Check if the memory is full.
