To view this window click, Administration > SNTP Settings > Time Settings. Figure 6- 20. Time Settings window The following parameters can be set or are displayed: Parameter Description Current Time Time Source SNTP State SNTP Primary Server SNTP Secondary Server SNTP Poll Interval in Seconds Year Month Day Current Time Displays the Current Time set on the Switch. Displays the time source for the system. SNTP Settings Use this pull-down menu to enable or disable the SNTP settings. Enabling and configuring SNTP support will override any manually configured system time settings. This is the IP address of the primary server the SNTP information will be taken from. This is the IP address of the secondary server the SNTP information will be taken from in the event the primary server is unavailable. This is the interval, in seconds, between requests for updated SNTP information. Set Current Time Enter the current year, if you want to manually update the system date. Enter the current month, if you would like to manually update the system date. Enter the current day, if you would like to manually update the system date. 48
