Item Values Explanation MFP requires to make a copy when it has been idle for awhile. Enhancement submenu To gain access to this menu, touch CONFIGURE DEVICE, and then touch ENHANCEMENT. Item SHARPNESS Values 0 to 4 BACKGROUND REMOVAL 0 to 8 Explanation Specifies the sharpness setting. 0=minimum sharpness 4=maximum sharpness DEFAULT=2 Controls the amount of background material from the original that is eliminated on the copy.
