Copier Functions Margin Mode The image of the original can be shifted to make a margin (blank) space at the left or top side on the copy. You can set the width of each margin to 1/8" to 3/4" in 1/8" increments [1 mm to 18 mm in 1 mm increments]. Note You can set the default value of the margin width. (See Margin Width Default Value on page 3-10.) 1 Set the original. 2 Press the Margin key. 3 Press the S key or the T key to select Left Margin or Top Margin. Margin: Left Margin Top Margin 4 Press the Enter key. 5 Press the < key or the > key to set the margin width. You can set the width to 1/8" to 3/4" in 1/8" increments Margin width: [1 mm to 18 mm in 1 mm increments]. 1/4" 1/8" 3/4" 6 Press the Enter key. 7 Press the Start key. Copying starts. 1-26
