Setting up Speed Dial using the control panel 1 From the control panel, press Fax Mode. 2 Press or repeatedly until Add from Phone Book is highlighted. 3 Press . 4 Press or repeatedly until New/Edit Individual is highlighted. 5 Press . 6 Press or repeatedly until a blank entry is highlighted, and then press . 7 Enter the name using the keypad, and then press . To enter a name using the keypad: a Find the number button that corresponds to the letter you want, and then press it repeatedly until the correct letter appears. b Press 0 to enter a space between words. c Press to delete a letter. d Repeat the previous steps until you have entered the name. 80
