Configuring Device Security Defining Access Control 4 - Permit - Forwards packets which meet the ACL criteria. - Deny - Drops packets which meet the ACL criteria. - Shutdown - Drops packet that meet the ACL criteria, and disables the port to which the packet was addressed.
