The root user is placed in the acl_admin group. To have the access necessary to modify the security characteristics, the user must be a member of the acl_admin group. There is another security group called JobTicketer that is created if you have installed InfoPrint Job Ticketer as part of the Print-on-Demand feature. Unlike the other groups, there are no default users created during installation. See InfoPrint Job Ticketer: Administrator's Guide for more information.
