This procedure does NOT stop the printer; it only stops the job that is currently printing. Other jobs continue to print on this printer. Once the job is stopped, the next job in the queue will start to print. If you need to stop the printer (for example, to replace toner), use the procedure . When you use the "Interrupting a job that is currently printing" procedure, the job fills a physical sheet, stops, and prints a message after the last page indicating the number of the last (AFP) page printed. The job shows on the GUI as Paused. When the job restarts, it starts on the next page of the job in the next logical partition. InfoPrint Manager prints a message at the end of the restarted section of the job indicating the page on which the printing started. Right-click the printer, and select Interrupt Printing Job or left-click the printer and then left-click the icon on the toolbar. Resuming the actual destination
To resume the actual destination:
v
In the GUI, right-click the actual destination and select the
Resume
action.

Select the actual destination and left-click the
icon on the toolbar.
Interrupting and restarting a job that is currently printing on an
InfoPrint 4000/4100
Use this procedure:
v
If you want to interrupt the job that is currently printing and start printing it
again
v
If you want to interrupt the job that is currently printing, print another job, and
then start the job that you interrupted.
v
If you want to interrupt the job that is currently printing, move the job to a
different printer, and start printing the job again.
This procedure does NOT stop the printer; it only stops the job that is currently
printing. Other jobs continue to print on this printer.
Once the job is stopped, the next job in the queue will start to print. If you need to
stop the printer (for example, to replace toner), use the procedure .
