• Listen Later: Returns you to standby mode where you can later choose to call your mailbox and review your messages. Listen to Voicemail Later If you choose to review your voicemail messages at a later time: 1. In standby mode, press Messages ➔ Voicemail. The Voicemail screen displays on the screen, showing the number of new voicemail messages received and the date and time the latest message was received. 2. Highlight a voice message. 3. Press or the message. to call your voice mailbox and listen to Tip: Press and hold to dial your voice mailbox. Erase Messages Using Erase Messages, you can erase all of the messages in each of your boxes from one convenient location. Note: This function erases all messages in a selected box. To delete a single message, open the box from the Messages menu, highlight a message, open the message if you want, then press Erase. 1. In standby mode, press Messages ➔ Erase Messages. The following options display on the screen: • Inbox: Deletes all unlocked messages stored in the Inbox. • Outbox: Deletes all unlocked messages stored in the Outbox. • Drafts: Deletes all unlocked messages stored in the Drafts box. • All Messages: Deletes all unlocked messages stored in all of the message boxes, except Voicemail. 2. Select the messages that you wish to delete. You're prompted to confirm the erasure of all messages in the selected box or in all boxes. 3. Press Yes to delete the messages. - or - Press No to cancel deleting the messages. Message Settings Use the Msg Settings sub-menus to define general settings and text message settings. 1. In standby mode, press Messages ➔ Msg Settings and select the type of message settings General, Text Message, or Picture Message: General Msg Settings • Auto Save: Choose whether your messages are saved automatically when you exit them (On, Off, Prompt). • Auto Erase: Choose to automatically erase (On) or not erase (Off) old received messages after you view them and new messages require storage space. • Quick Text: Allows you to configure the Quick Text messages. Listen to Voicemail Later
If you choose to review your voicemail messages at a later time:
1.
In standby mode, press
Messages
Voicemail
. The
Voicemail
screen displays on the screen, showing the
number of new voicemail messages received and the date
and time the latest message was received.

Highlight a voice message.
3.
Press
or
to call your voice mailbox and listen to
the message.
Tip:
Press and hold
to dial your voice mailbox.
Erase Messages
Using Erase Messages, you can erase all of the messages in
each of your boxes from one convenient location.
Note:
This function erases all messages in a selected box. To delete a single
message, open the box from the
Messages
menu, highlight a message,
open the message if you want, then press
Erase
.
