Troubleshooting Problem Cause Remedy "CHECK SP WIRES" appears in the front panel display. Speaker cables are short-circuited. Make sure all speaker cables are connected correctly. There is noise interference from digital or radio frequency equipment. This unit is too close to the digital or highfrequency equipment. Move this unit further away from such equipment. The picture is disturbed. The video source uses scrambled or encoded signals to prevent dubbing. This unit suddenly enters the standby mode. The internal temperature is too high and the overheat protection circuitry has been activated.
