Chapter 8 Application Typically, you often find captive portal pages in public hotspots such as bookstores, coffee shops, and hotel rooms, to name a few; as soon as you attempt to open a web page, the hotspot's AP reroutes your browser to a captive portal page that prompts you to log in.
