9 DIAGNOSTICS AND TROUBLESHOOTING Monitoring the LAN LEDs The status LEDs on the network connector are used for verifying the integrity of the link between the LAN+Modem card and the network hub (Figure 10, Table 1). The PC Card must be connected to the network (see Chapter 2) and the network driver must be installed (see Chapter 3). (Off when 100 LNK LED is on.) Good 100BASE-TX connection between PC Card and hub No connection between card and hub. (Off when 10 LNK LED is on.)

Monitoring the LAN LEDs
The status LEDs on the network connector are used for
