To enter a point that creates a line perpendicular to an existing entity 1 Enter the startpoint of a line or poly-entity. 2 Activate Perpendicular snap on the Snaps toolbar. 3 Click the entity. Entering the Center of an Arc or Circle AutoPoint indicator Centerpoint snap allows you to enter a point at the center of an arc, circle, or regular polygon. As you move the pointer over the drawing, the AutoPoint Indicator identifies the centerpoint of any entity you pass over. NOTE Centerpoint snap cannot be used to enter a point at the center of irregular polygons during MultiSnap mode.
