4 Click a character you want to paste into your text, then click Select. The character appears in the Characters to Copy text box. 5 Repeat step 4 until you have selected all of the symbols you want to copy. 6 Click the Copy button. Editing Text with the Inplace Editor AutoSketch includes an inplace editor so you can modify the content of a text entity directly in your drawing. The inplace editor allows you to add and edit text, format text, and change its alignment. Inplace editing supports cut, copy, and paste operations through the Windows Clipboard and features Spelling tools. The inplace editor supports a number of character editing keys that speed up text editing. These keys control the position of the pointer, help you add and delete text, and control the text selection. Use the commands on the standard toolbar, property bar, and edit bar for these and other functions. Character Map and text import are not available during inplace editing, they are only available in text editor mode. To quickly go from inplace editing to the text editor mode, use CTRL+E. To edit text using inplace editing

Select a text entity, then click the Edit Text button on the edit bar.
If text editor mode is your default, you can switch from text editor mode
to inplace editing, by clicking the Inplace Edit button in the Text Editor
Dialog box.

Edit the text. To complete the edit, move the pointer away from the text
box and right-click or click CTRL+ENTER.
