Working with Images in File Viewer Utility Working with Selected Images Erasing Images Use the procedure below to erase unwanted images from a CF card or your computer. 1 Click the [Erase Image] button. \ The [Canon Digital Camera] dialog box appears. 2 Click the [OK] button. \ The image is erased. ● Erased images cannot be restored. Check carefully before erasing images. ● Protect important images to prevent them from being accidentally erased. ● When multiple images are selected, all the selected images are to be erased. Take particular care when you have just finished a task involving the selection of multiple images. ● When you erase the RAW+JPEG image, the JPEG image is also erased. ● When you erase an image with [ ] displayed, the recorded sound is also erased. A range of operations is also available by selecting the image, pressing the right mouse button and selecting an option from the menu that appears. Printing Images You can print images in index format. 1 Select images to be printed in index format (➞3-12). ● Select multiple images to be printed in index format. 2 Select [Print Index] in the [File] menu. \ The images are printed. If you wish to specify the printer settings, select [Paper Set] from the [File] menu. 3-17

Erasing Images
Use the procedure below to erase unwanted images from a CF card or your computer.

Click the [Erase Image] button.

The [Canon Digital Camera] dialog
box appears.

Click the [OK] button.

The image is erased.
Erased images cannot be restored. Check carefully before erasing images.
Protect important images to prevent them from being accidentally erased.
When multiple images are selected, all the selected images are to be erased. Take
particular care when you have just finished a task involving the selection of multiple
images.
When you erase the RAW+JPEG image, the JPEG image is also erased.
When you erase an image with [
] displayed, the recorded sound is also erased.
A range of operations is also available by selecting the image, pressing the right
mouse button and selecting an option from the menu that appears.
Printing Images
You can print images in index format.

Select images to be printed in index format (
3-12).
Select multiple images to be printed in index format.

Select [Print Index] in the [File] menu.

The images are printed.
If you wish to specify the printer settings, select [Paper Set] from the [File] menu.
