Embedded server management memory may be temporarily corrupted Shut down the system to clear the memory, and then restart the system. If the problem persists, disconnect all power cables from the system for at least one minute; then try again. Faulty keyboard controller (defective system board) Corrupted or improperly installed operating system Incorrect configuration settings in System Setup program, improperly connected hard-disk drive, faulty harddisk drive controller subsystem (defective system board), or loose power cable Incorrect ISA_CLR jumper configuration, incorrect configuration settings in System Setup program, or faulty battery Incorrect microprocessor jumper configuration Replace the system board. Reinstall the operating system. Check the primary and secondary SCSI configuration settings in the System Setup program. Reinstall the hard-disk drive. Check the interface cable and power cable connections to the backplane board. If the problem still persists, replace the system board. Remove the plug from the ISA_CLR jumper. Check the System Setup configuration settings. Replace the battery. Check the microprocessor speed jumper.
