Estimates, page 20). 1 Hold UP. 2 Select Activities & Apps. 3 Select Trail Run or Ultra Run. 4 Select the activity settings. 5 Select Record VO2 Max. > Off. Viewing Your Predicted Race Times For the most accurate estimate, complete the user profile setup (Setting Up Your User Profile, page 53), and set your maximum heart rate (Setting Your Heart Rate Zones, page 54). Your watch uses the VO2 max. estimate and your training history to provide a target race time (About VO2 Max. Estimates, page 20).
