The sealing tape might still be in the print cartridge. Remove the print cartridge and pull out the sealing tape. Reinstall the print cartridge. Try printing the document again. Does the document contain blank pages? The document might contain blank pages. Check the document that you are printing to see if content appears on all of the pages. Does the configuration page print? To check the device, print a configuration page. See Printing a configuration page for instructions. Is the original loaded correctly? If you are making a copy, the original might be loaded incorrectly. The original must be loaded into the automatic document feeder (ADF) with the print-side facing up.
