23. Mark Position The purpose of this test is to verify that the mark encoder is detected. Perform the mark position test as follows: 1 In the Service Tests submenu, scroll to 23 Mark Position" and press Enter. SERVICE TESTS 23 Mark position 2 The Remove Media / Press Enter" message is displayed on the frontĆpanel. Remove the media (if loaded) and press Enter to start the test. 3 The Looking for the Mark" message is displayed on the frontĆpanel while the plotter searches for the mark encoder. 4 If the test passes, the Mark Found / Press Enter" message is displayed on the frontĆpanel. 5 If the test fails, the Mark Not Found / Press Enter" message is displayed on the frontĆpanel. 23. Mark Position
The purpose of this test is to verify that the mark encoder is detected.
Perform the mark position test as follows:

In the Service Tests submenu, scroll to ±23 Mark Position" and press
Enter
.
