31. Pinchwheel Sensor The purpose of this test is to verify the operation of the pinchwheel sensor. Perform the pinchwheel sensor test as follows: 1 In the Service Tests submenu, scroll to 31 Pinchwheel Sensor" and press Enter. SERVICE TESTS 31 Pinchwheel sensor 2 If the pinchwheel lever is lowered then the Pinchwheels Down / Stop..." message is displayed on the frontĆpanel. Press the Down Arrow button to stop the test. 3 If the pinchwheel lever is raised then the Pinchwheels Up / Stop..." message is displayed on the frontĆpanel. Press the Down Arrow button to stop the test. If the pinchwheel lever is raised when the Pinchwheel Down / Stop..." message is displayed on the frontĆpanel, then the test has failed. If the pinchwheel lever is lowered when the Pinchwheel Up / Stop..." message is displayed on the frontĆpanel, then the test has failed. If the test fails, try replacing one of the following components: 1 Pinchwheel sensor ' page 6Ć21. 2 PinchĆarm assembly ' page 6Ć57. 3 Main PCA ' page 6Ć9. Only replace one component at a time and perform the "Pinchwheel Sensor" test again before replacing another component. 31. Pinchwheel Sensor
The purpose of this test is to verify the operation of the pinchwheel sensor.
Perform the pinchwheel sensor test as follows:

In the Service Tests submenu, scroll to ±31 Pinchwheel Sensor" and press
Enter

If the pinchwheel lever is lowered then the ±Pinchwheels Down / Stop..." message is

If the pinchwheel lever is raised then the ±Pinchwheels Up / Stop..." message is displayed

button to stop the test.
If the pinchwheel lever is

when the ±Pinchwheel Down / Stop..." message is
displayed on the frontĆpanel, then the test has failed.
If the pinchwheel lever is
