2. Advanced optimizer check plot This plot helps you to adjust your use of optimizer. Some substrates require more or less optimizer, depending on the coating, the amount of ink, and the number of passes. It may even vary from roll to roll. You can print this plot for each print mode and check which pattern looks best. When not enough optimizer is used, the shape of an image may be unclear, and you may also see bleed and grain. Choose the best-looking image at each ink density and modify the optimizer level accordingly in the print mode. To print the advanced optimizer check plot: 1. Go to the front panel and press . 2.
