Set the stamp received faxes settings You can set the stamp received faxes settings using the control panel. You can stamp the incoming fax with your own header information to confirm the date and time that the fax was received. This feature is not enabled by default. 1. On the control panel Home screen, touch Menu. 2. Scroll to Utilities and touch Settings. 3. Touch Fax Settings, and then touch Fax Receive. 4. Scroll down and touch the toggle button next to Stamp Received Faxes to turn it on or off. Set the Fit to Page settings You can set fit to page settings using the control panel. The Fit to Page setting determines what the printer does if it receives a fax that is too large for the loaded paper size. This setting is turned on by default, so the image of the incoming fax is reduced to fit on one page, if possible. If this feature is turned off, information that does not fit on the first page is printed on a second page. Fit to Page is useful when you receive a fax larger than A4/Letter-size fax and A4/Letter-size paper is loaded in the input tray. 1. On the control panel Home screen, touch Menu. 2. Scroll to Utilities and touch Settings. 3. Touch Fax Settings, and then touch Fax Receive. 4. Scroll down and touch the toggle button next to Fit to Page to turn it on or off. Add a number to the Blocked Fax Numbers list Use the following steps to block and add a number to the blocked fax list using the control panel. 1. On the control panel Home screen, touch Menu. 2. Scroll to Utilities and touch Settings. 3. Touch Fax Settings, Fax Receive, and Blocked Fax Numbers. 4. Select the number you want to add and then touch Add. 5. Touch OK. Follow the on-screen instructions. You can set the stamp received faxes settings using the control panel. You can stamp the incoming fax with your
