CLI Commands Parameters This command has no parameters: Command Examples Root> config security fabricBinding replacePending config.security.fabricBinding.setState Syntax setState fabricBindingState Purpose This command sets the fabric binding state for the pending fabric binding configuration work area. NOTE: This state is not saved to the fabric until the activatePending command is issued. Parameters This command has one parameter: fabricBindingState Specifies the fabric binding state for the pending fabric binding configuration work area. Valid values are: inactive - Deactivates fabric binding. Switches and Directors are allowed to join the fabric without restriction. The fabric membership list is empty in this state, and as such, the fabric membership list is cleared when this state is requested. restrict - Activates fabric binding and restricts connections. Only Switches identified in the fabric membership list may join the fabric in this state. The fabric membership list is automatically populated with devices attached prior to activation, but all new members must be manually added before connecting. fabricBindingState
Purpose
This command sets the fabric binding state for the pending fabric binding
configuration work area.
NOTE:
This state is not saved to the fabric until the

command is issued.

Specifies the fabric binding state for the pending fabric
binding configuration work area. Valid values are:
