Section 6 FUNCTIONS 2. Interrupt copying Interrupt copying is useful if, during one copy job, you want to copy other originals at different settings. Once the rush job is completed, the interrupted copy job can be resumed at the same settings as before. 4 When copying is completed, press the Interrupt key once again, and replace the newly copied original(s) with the one(s) removed before. Then, press the Start key. The interrupted copy job will be resumed. Inch specifications Metric specifications NOTE Interrupt copying cannot be used to make copies in the transparency mode, the transparency + backing sheet mode, the presentation mode, the 2-sided copy modes or the insert sheet modes. 1 Press the Interrupt key. The Interrupt indicator will blink. Wait a while until "Interrupt mode OK" ["INTERRUPT MODE."] is displayed and the Interrupt indicator lights continuously. When copying is completed, press the Interrupt key once
again, and replace the newly copied original(s) with the
one(s) removed before. Then, press the Start key.
The interrupted copy job will be resumed.
