PT Manager Note: This feature may not be offered by your service provider. PT Manager lets you quickly access PTX features, and other Private call features, from the main menu. Using PT Manager, you can send any type of PTX item, turn your phone's ability to send and receive messages and pictures on and off, control your My Info sending options, and change the Quick Notes list. You can also access the Quick PTT feature and set the One Touch PTT feature. Accessing PTX Features From PT Manager 1 From the main menu, select PT Manager. 2 Select Send Message, Send Picture, Send Event, Send My Info, or Send Contacts. 3 Choose a Private ID to send the item to and send the item. The steps you take depend on the type of item. Turning PTX Features On and Off You can turn your phone's ability to send and receive messages, pictures, and Datebook events on and off. You cannot turn your phone's ability to send and receive My Info and contact information on and off. 1 From the main menu, select PT Manager > Configure > On/Off PTT Features. 2 A checkmark appears next to Messages, Pictures, or Events if your phone's ability to send and receive that type or item is on. To add or remove the checkmark, select the field. 3 Press A under Done. Changing the Quick Notes List You can edit the Quick Notes on the Quick Notes list. When you do this, your changes are saved to the Quick Notes list. You can started editing a Quick Note starting with the text that is already there or clear the text in the Quick Note before you start editing. 93
