In-phone help Your phone provides brief descriptions of many of the menu options in an in-phone help system. To view these descriptions, scroll to a menu or submenu option and wait about 15 seconds. Select More or use the Scroll up and Scroll down keys to read the longer descriptions. Select Back to return to the menu. To activate or deactivate help text, from the menus, select Settings > Phone settings > Help text activation > On or Off. • START SCREEN When you switch on your phone, a welcome note appears, and then you see the start screen. This is the home base for your phone. Home Signal strength Battery level Left selection Right selection Home-The name of your service provider may appear here. Signal strength-A higher bar indicates a stronger network signal. Battery level-A higher bar indicates more power in the battery. Left selection key-Accesses the top level of menu choices from the start screen. Right selection key-Accesses the contact list. You can easily return to the start screen from any activity by pressing the End key. The phone clears (erases) any text or information you may have entered, and returns to its home screen when you press the End key. In-phone help
Your phone provides brief descriptions of many of the menu options in an in-phone
