Delete a recording 1 From the menus, select Voice > Voice recorder > Recordings list. 2 Scroll to the recording you would like to delete, and select Options > Delete. Set the voice memo alarm You can set an alarm to remind you to listen to a voice recording at a particular date and time. 1 From the menus, select Voice > Voice recorder > Recordings list. 2 Scroll to the recording you would like to set an alarm for, and select Options > Add alarm. 3 Enter the alarm date and time and select OK. 4 When the alarm sounds, select Stop > Play to hear the recording. • VOICE COMMANDS You can use voice commands to select a profile or activate certain phone features. Voice commands work similar to voice dialing. Before using voice commands, you must first associate a voice tag to the phone function. You can set up to five voice commands. The available functions are Profiles (Normal, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, and Pager), Voice mailbox, Recorder, and Call log. Add a voice tag 1 From the menus, select Voice > Voice commands and the function you want to tag. 2 Select Options > Add command > Start; then speak the voice tag clearly into the microphone. Note: Do not press Quit unless you want to cancel the recording. The phone replays then saves the recorded tag. Delete a recording

From the menus, select
Voice > Voice recorder > Recordings list

Scroll to the recording you would like to delete, and select
Options > Delete
.
Edit a recording title

Set the voice memo alarm

• VOICE COMMANDS
You can use voice commands to select a profile or activate certain phone features. Voice
commands work similar to voice dialing. Before using voice commands, you must first
