Key Telephone Features One-Touch VM Access • A One-Touch key can be programmed to automatically access a CO line before dialing a personal speed dial number. • Select an outside line group when you program a One-Touch key. A free line is selected from that group when you dial out. (Group 9 can be programmed to select LCR automatically.) The following table shows the available outside line groups and their corresponding code numbers: Table 3-7. For instructions on attendant usage of the VM key, see "One-Touch VM Access" on page 3-65. One-Touch VM Access allows a user to program an FF key, DSS key, or One-Touch key to automatically dial voice mail. The extension number for voice mail as well as the user's password can be stored under the key. If the voice mail key is assigned to an FF key or DSS key, the voice mail key and the MSGE lamp will flash red when the user has a message. (With a OneTouch key, only the MSGE lamp flashes.)
