System Features Hunting Priority for VAUs Hunting Priority for VAUs (CPC-S and CPC-M) Description This feature allows hunting priority to be assigned to calls that overflow from the hunt group to the VAU. If the caller hears the VAU message and then decides to dial back into the hunt group, he or she is placed before other calls that have just entered the hunt group queue.
