Specifying the Extended Security Functions ❖ Transfer to Fax Receiver This can be specified by the machine administrator. If you use [Forwarding] or [Transfer Request] under the fax function, files stored in the machine can be transferred or delivered. If you select [Prohibit] for this setting, stored files cannot be transferred by [Forwarding] and [Transfer Request]. If you select [Access Privilege], users who canceled a copy or print job in progress and the machine administrator can operate the machine.
