If desired you can select the number of copies and/or click the Properties button to adjust printer settings. Click the OK button to begin printing. • Preview... Click this button to see how the copy will look when printed. Use the buttons at the top of the window to move through a multi-page document or zoom in and out. When finished viewing the copy, click the Close button. You can also click the Print button to open the Print dialog box to begin printing. • Print Setup... Click this button to open the Print dialog box, from which you can click the Properties button to adjust printer settings. • Headers/Footers... Click this button to place header/footer information at the top or bottom of each page that prints. When you click the button, the Headers/Footers dialog box appears. You can enter text in the Header and Footer boxes, and you can also click the arrow at the right of each box to enter the path name, date, time, page number, and/or (total) number of pages. Any of the latter items that are selected will appear in the text box as codes, and the Copier Utility will automatically fill in the correct information when the copy is printed.
