Adding a cover sheet To add a cover sheet to the fax, check the Insert Cover Page box. Select a cover page from the "Insert Cover Page" list, and type in any additional comments you want to add in the Cover Page Notes field. Type in a subject in the Subject box. To see how the cover page will look, click the Preview button. Note: You can add more than one destination to the Fax Send List to send the document to multiple locations. If you need to remove a destination from the Fax Send List, click on the destination in the list to select it and then click the Remove button. Selecting the Resolution To select the resolution for sending the fax, open the Printers window (click the Start button, point to Settings, and then select Printers). Right click the Sharp Laser Multifunction Fax icon and select Properties from the pop-up menu. Select the Details tab and then click the Setup button. In the Graphics tab, select the desired resolution (Standard or Fine) from the Resolution drop-down list. Click OK when finished. Options Click the Options button if you want to change the "Keep Pages After Send" selection (whether or not the fax pages are retained in the "My Fax">>"Sent Fax" directory after the fax is sent). Sending the Fax When you have completed all settings and are ready to send the fax, click the Send button. When the transmission is completed, the fax will be entered in the Fax Send Log. Note: To view the Fax Send Log, select Fax Logs from the Fax menu and click on the Fax Send Log tab. Scheduling a fax for transmission at a later time To set up a fax for transmission at a later time, click the Schedule button after selecting the destination and cover page settings.
