Converting an In-Use Phone from SCCP to SIP You can use the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) to convert a phone that is in use in your network from SCCP to SIP. To access BAT from Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, choose Bulk Administration > Phones > Migrate Phones > SCCP to SIP.
