Note To change settings from the printer driver 1 Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows NT 4.0, and Windows 2000). -Or- Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes (Windows XP). 2 Right-click the printer icon, and then choose the option for your operating system: • For Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, and Windows XP, click Properties. • For Windows NT 4.0, click Document Defaults or Properties. • For Windows 2000, click Printing Preferences or Properties. 3 Change the desired settings, and then click OK.
