Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array 4000
Storage System
Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS) is based on a cluster architecture known as
shared storage clustering
, in which clustered servers share access to a
common set of hard drives. MSCS requires all clustered (shared) data to be
stored in an external storage system.
The Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array 4000 storage system is the shared
storage system for the Compaq ProLiant Clusters HA/F100 and HA/F200. The
storage system consists of the following components and options:
Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array 4000
Compaq StorageWorks Fibre Channel Storage Hub (7- or 12-port)
Compaq StorageWorks RA4000 Controllers
Compaq StorageWorks Fibre Channel Host Adapters
