Basic Functions Timer-based Transmission Schedules fax transmission for later. Timer-based Transmission can be combined with various other functions, including sequential broadcast transmission. This example shows how to set up the FAX System to fax documents to a single destination at a specified time. NOTE: Timer-based Transmission is not available in Direct Transmission mode. The fax memory can hold up to 30 jobs for timer-based transmission at once. Be sure that the correct time is set for the FAX System before sending faxes using this method. To adjust the time, refer to Setting the Current Date and Time (Date & Time Setting) on page 2-7. 1 Place the original documents to transmit in the document processor or on the platen. 2 Press Send. 3 Press Function. 4 Press S or T to select FAX Delayed TX.
